Shipping Policy

Business Days are Monday through Friday - There is no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Orders placed on any of these days will be processed on the next business day. myprivatetoybox.com will post special holiday shipping information at least two months in advance of any major shipment holiday.

We require a physical address for delivery. No P.O. Boxes Please. UPS Stores are OK for UPS only as long as someone is authorized to sign for your packages.

All P.O. Box customers will be shipped via USPS as Fed Ex and UPS do not deliver to P. O. Boxes.

Active Military Receive a 10% discount for shopping with myprivatetoybox.com online stores. Delivery address must be an APO or FPO. During checkout select United States as the country and then select the military address code from the state drop down menu. All orders shipped to an APO or FPO address (example AA, AE, AP) will be shipped via US Mail.

Once your address is verified by our staff you will charged for your order less a 10% discount for active service.

WE CANNOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may require tax and/or tariffs, duties or other taxes. myprivatetoybox.com / MPTB, Inc. will not be held responsible for any charges arising from the importation of goods. All applicable foreign taxes are to be paid by the consumer.

Items are subject to customs inspection and/or confiscations by foreign governments. myprivatetoybox.com / MPTB, Inc. is in no way responsible for delayed or confiscated packages. It is your responsibility to know the laws and regulations of your governing entity. Certain foreign states, provinces and countries prohibit the sale of, use of or importation of adult toys and novelties.

International Orders may take up to 30 days to arrive. While most do arrive within 10-14 business days, certain rural areas of the world may take longer to arrive.

Please note that international selected shipping fees are NOT always accurate. There may be a slight increase in shipping due to your delivery address. In the event your shipping fees are more than what is on your invoice, we will contact you and let you know what the difference is and to inquire about how you would like us to proceed with your order.

There are absolutely NO guarantees on International shipments.

All packages shipped to our customers are shipped either by UPS, Fed Ex, or US Postal Mail. Packages are shipped in plain white boxes or in each shipping carriers respective packaging with no distinctive marks, list of contents or return address labels that would elude someone of the package contents. The myprivatetoybox.com name WILL NOT appear anywhere on the packaging and only will appear on the content receipt tucked away inside a sealed package. The return address will have the name "MPTB INC" listed on the outside of the package with a return address to our distribution center in New Jersey.
