How do I return a defective or damaged product?
You may request a product return merchandise authorization (RMA) from MPTB. If your item is defective or damaged we will send you a RMA form with a pre-paid shipping label to send your item back to us. We CANNOT accept used or opened items for refund, only exchange for same or similar item. Unopened items with visible damage should be returned immediately for replacement. In most cases your new replacement will be in the mail before you get to the post office to return your defective one.
